Dermapen Microneedling

Skin texture. Scarring. Pores. Pigmentation.

Dermapen microneedling is a minimally invasive collagen-stimulation treatment designed to improve skin quality by creating controlled micro-channels in the skin. This triggers your skin’s natural repair response and supports fresher, smoother, more even-looking skin over time.

Best for: acne scarring, enlarged pores, uneven texture, pigmentation, fine lines, stretch marks (body), and overall skin rejuvenation.

What is Dermapen microneedling?

Dermapen is an advanced form of skin needling that uses a medical-grade microneedling device with a sterile, single-use needle cartridge. The device creates precise micro-channels at adjustable depths, tailored to your skin concerns and treatment area.

These micro-channels help:

  • stimulate collagen and elastin production
  • refine texture and pores
  • soften the look of scarring
  • support brighter, more even skin tone
  • enhance the absorption of suitable post-treatment serums

Every Dermapen treatment includes:

  • skin assessment + tailored treatment plan
  • sterile, single-use cartridge protocols
  • depth selection based on concern and area
  • post-treatment recovery guidance (we don’t just needle and send you off)

We’re big on doing this properly — good technique, correct depth, correct aftercare. That’s where results come from.

FAQs

Dermapen is one of our go-to treatments because it’s versatile and results-focused. It’s commonly chosen for:

  • Acne scarring + general scarring
  • Enlarged pores + rough texture
  • Pigmentation + sun damage
  • Fine lines + loss of firmness
  • Congestion + problematic skin
  • Stretch marks (selected body areas)

You can often see an improvement in skin glow and texture after one session, but most skin concerns need a course for best results.

As a general guide:

  • Texture / pores / glow: 3 sessions
  • Pigmentation / sun damage: 3–6 sessions
  • Acne scarring / deeper scarring: 4–8 sessions

Treatments are typically spaced 4–6 weeks apart, depending on your skin and the depth used.

Dermapen may not be recommended if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding (depending on area/products used)
  • have an active cold sore outbreak (treatment area)
  • have active skin infection, open wounds, or significant inflammation
  • are prone to keloid scarring (case-by-case)
  • are using certain prescription medications (we’ll screen this)

Dermapen feels like a controlled “scratchy/vibrating” sensation. We use appropriate comfort measures and keep the treatment efficient and calm.

After treatment, it’s normal to experience:

  • redness (similar to mild sunburn)
  • warmth or tightness
  • mild swelling in some areas
  • dryness/flaking in the days following (depending on your skin)

Most clients are “socially presentable” within 24–48 hours. Your downtime depends on your skin sensitivity, treatment depth, and what we’re targeting.

Prices start at $299 for our entry level treatment which also includes LED Light Therapy.
