These peels are enzyme and acid-based, designed to work in harmony with your skin's natural functions. They help treat:

Types may include lactic, glycolic, enzyme or AHA/BHA combinations, tailored to all skin types—even sensitive. These are entry-level to mid-strength peels with minimal downtime, perfect for maintaining skin health or as part of a longer-term skin program.

To prepare your skin for optimal results and reduce sensitivity:

 DO:

• Follow your prescribed skincare routine, including pre-peel actives (like AHA or retinol, if advised)
• Stay well-hydrated
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure and always wear SPF

AVOID:

• Active ingredients (retinol, AHA/BHA, vitamin C) for 3–5 days prior
• Waxing, laser, or hair removal treatments for 7 days
• Excessive exfoliation or microdermabrasion prior to your appointment

Your skin therapist will guide you through personalised aftercare, but here are the general rules:

DO:

• Use gentle, hydrating products only for 3–7 days
• Apply a recommended post-peel balm or recovery cream
• Wear broad-spectrum SPF every day
• Allow the skin to shed naturally—no picking or peeling

 AVOID:

• Heat, sweating, swimming, or saunas for 48 hours
• Harsh or active skincare (retinol, acids, exfoliants) for at least 5–7 days
• Makeup for 24–48 hours (depending on the depth of your peel)
• Direct sun exposure for 7–10 days

Peels can be adapted to suit most skin types and conditions. However, they may not be suitable if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, using certain medications (like Roaccutane), or have highly reactive skin.
